Each of us is different, and no two people handle the loss of a loved one in the same way, and why should we, it is our own personal, private thoughts that are involved, and because we, and our loved ones were unique, it follows then that our thoughts are our own.

We look to find comfort from all manner of places, it may be re-visiting somewhere that you shared together may bring back happy memories, or just as easily it could fill you with loss. However different we all feel, one thing that does seem to apply to us all, is that we all need time to reflect and think, about the past, and equally the future, time does not heal all, but it does help to soften the edges of our loss, so that we can continue to be who we are to everyone who is still around us.

Our candles are not any kind of answer in themselves, but to many they offer the opportunity to create a respectful simple memorial, that we can have with us anywhere. The candles can be on display, where anyone who visits can see them, or just as often they are in your private rooms, maybe your bedroom, where they act as a centre for your private thoughts.

On special occasions, maybe their birthday, or yours, perhaps your wedding anniversary or some other significant date, such as the anniversary of their death, you may wish to light one of our taper candles to mark the occasion. The taper candles burn for about 6 hours before reaching the printed section, so if you prefer, you can re-light them lots of times for 5 or 10 minutes, whenever you feel the need.

We make candles with verses, which for years have brought comfort to anyone feeling the pain of bereavement. Some of these candles have a religious theme, others offer more down to earth words of comfort, whichever you think appropriate, we are happy to supply these in our gift boxes, either for yourself, or just as easily, we will post it to a friend on your behalf who you think may benefit from such a thoughtful gift.

People live their lives in a different way these days, I know that I don't live in the same area that my parents lived in, and certainly not my Grand parents, and visiting their graves or memorials would be quite a trek, however using our candles you can feel close to them at home, whenever you feel the need, either for yourself, or to let them know that they are not forgotten.

Every candle that we have ever produced has been hand-finished to ensure the quality standard that we as a company, insist upon.

Our quality control standards apply equally to our packaging as our candles themselves, to do our utmost to ensure that your candle arrives in exactly the same condition as it left us. Of course, on a very few occasions this is not the case, and if there is ever a problem with the quality of the delivered candle, you will see from our terms of trade that it is our policy to replace any shortcomings, as soon as possible.
